We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Summary:

This job involves independent collaboration to enhance process quality and effectiveness. The individual will analyze data for informed decision-making, implement best practices, and oversee team performance. They will work outside defined processes to determine appropriate actions and solutions, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness in technology use.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business requirements and perform impact assessments.
• Lead sessions to define payment models, transaction models, data provisioning, data modeling, and software reporting capabilities, and utilize datasets for business recommendations.
• Partner with Data Technology teams to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
• Triage and drive the resolution of production issues.
• Oversee vital business processes within existing systems to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Highlight bugs and blockers, and coordinate with development and operations teams for resolution.
• Develop product performance dashboards and executive dashboards.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis and provide production support.
• Propose future state solutions and design scalable data solutions.
• Work with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
