You will perform a variety of tasks which involve the managing the daily maintenance operations, upkeep, and repair of the facility. Your work will make an impact and support how our organization serves the best customer – our Military patrons and their families.

So, what does a typical day look like? What does it take to succeed?

o    Develop, coordinate, and execute short and long range facility planning for conducting preventative maintenance with inventory of maintenance stock and equipment.

o    Performs general carpentry, painting & plumbing tasks involved in the alteration, repair and maintenance of buildings or equipment.

o    Follows all local safety regulations maintaining compliance and OJT of maintenance staff.

o    Operates motor vehicle in the performance of the duties.
