Head of Finance

This is the first finance hire for VOLT, so this person will be coming into a completely clean slate with the opportunity to:

• Be a critical member of the leadership team owning all of finance and financial operations 
• Create presentation materials for the Board of Directors, monthly managerial reports, and for key projects
• Leverage and improve current processes and systems to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness as the company grows and scales
• Work closely with the revenue team to enhance forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis

Candidate Criterion

• 5+ years of Finance/FP&A experience
• Experience with SaaS business financials and key metrics 
• Experience working closely with revenue teams on forecasting and revenue optimization
• Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Must be a self starter and be able to work in an environment that is constantly changing
• Ideally based in DC or open to relocate (relocation package provided) but not required. Must be based in EST and willing to travel often to DC
