You will be assisting the store manager with meeting the monthly targets and you are trusted to open and close the store and maintain a positive customer experience. You’re able to excite and assist customers with the highest standard of customer service. You are a hard worker used to working in a fast-paced environment and are willing to be part of our highly skilled team. You’re the face of Daily Paper, promoting our brand’s image in a positive way, so it is important that you feel a connection to the brand.</p> <p dir="ltr"><br/></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong><br/></p> <p dir="ltr">Sales</p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Support Store Manager in all daily activities.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Follows the Daily Paper VM guidelines ,ensures all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Pushes and coaches team to drive sales and makes sure targets and KPIs are achieved</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Build and maintain relationships with customers, build customer loyalty.</p></li></ul> <p dir="ltr">Inventory</p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Monthly inventory at the end of each month and makes sure the reports are in time and correct</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Monitor inventory levels to order new stock</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Make sure stockrooms are always tidy</p></li></ul> <p dir="ltr">Staff</p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Evaluates team members on performance and documents staff observations, reports back to SM.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">On the spot coaching and correcting behaviours.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Organize monthly staff meetings and set an agenda together with the Store Manager</p></li></ul> <p dir="ltr">Extra</p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Reporting</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Support marketing activities</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">DP Brand Ambassador</p></li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p dir="ltr"><br/></p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You have a customer-oriented mindset;</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You are eager to learn and grow.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You have a proactive attitude.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">At least 2 years in a similar role.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You are able to work flexible hours;</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You are fluent in Dutch and English language;</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You are based in the Netherlands</p></li></ul> <p dir="ltr"><br/></p> <p dir="ltr">At Daily Paper we offer employees to be part of our internationally, fast-growing brand.
