<p>ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, leading the field of forex trading, is in search of Customer Retention Agents.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in maintaining strong relationships with customers and improving customer loyalty. The key role will be to implement retention strategies, handle customer complaints effectively, and ensure a high satisfaction rate. </p><p><strong>Daily Tasks/Duties</strong></p><p> • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.</p><p>• Build and maintain a resolution for customer needs. </p><p>• Managing and enhancing customer relationships. </p><p>• Identifying opportunities to improve customer retention and loyalty. </p><p>• Resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.</p><p> • Analyzing customer feedback to determine satisfaction levels and areas for improvement.</p><p> • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop retention strategies.<br/></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role, preferably in the forex industry. </li> <li>Financial market knowledge and trading are preferred. </li> <li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Proficient in using CRM systems and computerized environments. </li> <li>Fluency in English, proficiency in other European languages is a plus. </li> <li>Strong analytical skills and a customer-centric approach.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Working hours: Monday to Friday -Morning shift</li> <li>Salary base + Commission – an opportunity to achieve a high salary.</li> <li>Full-time job.</li> <li>Dynamic working environment in the coolest industry.</li> <li>Full Training by the company.</li> <li>Career development opportunities.</li> </ul>
