Software Support Consultant

Greece Informatics S.A., member of the iKnowHealth S.A., is looking for a Software Support Consultant to join our team. We develop and support innovative software solutions for the healthcare sector, helping hospitals and diagnostic centers work more efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients for the company’s software products
• Install and configure software solutions
• Deliver user training and support during implementation
• Handle daily support requests and resolve technical issues

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or a related field

• Good knowledge of Databases (RDBMS)/ Windows operating systems/ Basic networking
• Good command of the English language
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team spirit and initiative
• Valid driver’s license
• Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector
