The Lake Roosevelt Community Health Centers recently celebrated their 20th Anniversary of providing excellent health services to members of the Colville Confederated Tribes and residents in the surrounding communities.   We offer medical, dental, optometry, physical therapy, behavioral health and pharmacy services in Inchelium and Keller, Washington.   We are in search of the right person that can serve as a LEADER IN TRAINING to our "family" of 70 employees.  The right person will have a fondness for small town living and the great outdoors.  They would need to serve as a coach as we continue to upgrade our facilities, technology and knowledge.   LRCHC has a great deal to offer to the right person, including 100% paid medical, dental and vision insurance (75% paid for family members).  Very affordable options for short- and long-term disability insurance and up to 6% match on retirement accounts.   We offer 12 paid holidays, 3 Traditional days (to be used for personal purposes), up to 120 days of vacation per year, paid sick leave, and funeral/bereavement leave.   This is not a remote or hybrid position.  If you have met our requirements, we would love to have you come visit us and what we consider our slice of heaven.

The Executive Director TRAINEE(ED) is responsible TO HELP develop a culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and performance with a shared vision for the future.   To achieve this, the ED TRAINEE will emphasize employee retention and engagement with a deep respect for culture.  They will direct and implement the agency’s mission statement and strategic plan to achieve agreed-upon strategic and financial goals.  They will continually develop and update organization design, management, and processes for maximum productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness with an emphasis on achieving economies of scale.   The ED TRAINEE will ensure that the clinics are in compliance with regulatory agencies, governing health care delivery, and the rules and regulations of accrediting bodies. ED TRAINEE will serve as a mentor to staff and ensure professional growth and development for all employees.  The individual will TRAIN provide specific supervisory to the members of the Management Team including the OM, CFO and directors of the medical, dental, pharmacy, physical therapy and behavioral health departments.   The position will require specific features, such as:

Duties/ Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Board of Directors and THE INTERIM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR  , ALONG WITH THE CURRENT executives to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals and related plans and policies. 
• Reports to the INTERIM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, maintaining open communication and disclosure of the conditions, operations, and needs of the organization.
