As an Asset Management Manager within PNC's Multifamily Capital organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, Portland, Kansas City, Dallas, Louisville, Cincinnati or Calasbasas.

Multifamily Capital Balance Sheet Asset Management Manager
1. Multifamily or commercial real estate experience, preferably in Asset Management, Loan Servicing or Underwriting.
2. Ability to assess risk and compliance and the impact to risk ratings and Watchlist reporting activities.
3. Experience with evaluating construction draw requests, monitoring construction and lease-up progress through permanent asset status.
4. Familiarity with monitoring loan portfolio performance by analyzing property financials, monitoring covenant requirements, conducting site visits and completing risk ratings and periodic reviews.

Job Description

• Leads overall direction and goals of the group. Manages a team of asset professionals, including managers, who oversee portfolios and/or customer request of high complexity and performs transaction analysis.
• Reviews and approves strategies submitted by the team. Provides guidance and may offer alternative strategies. May be responsible for managing all aspects of stabilized projects and/or approving borrower requests in various forms. Manages internal and external risk associated with these activities.
• Manages internal and external risk by overseeing team activities, which may include reviewing requests and/or assessments. Ensures compliance with respective guidelines to reduce risks and losses.
• Builds relationships across PNC and the broader industry. Regularly engages in communication with internal and external parties which may include, high touch customers and their representatives, outside counsel, agencies, special servicers, and investors.
• Represents the business unit in business segment and senior leadership meetings. Provides coaching and leadership to develop team members, focusing on specific duties of the asset management group. May be responsible for assigning work to appropriate staff members. Develops and meets key performance objectives.
