Digital Media Specialist

Radiance Technologies is looking for a self-driven, resourceful, and creative Digital Media Specialist. Our ideal candidate will be a team player who demonstrates unbridled creativity and strong skills in photography, and video filming and editing.

Required Experience:

• Associates degree
• Active Secret security clearance.

Required Skills:

• Shoots and edits photos
• Prepares graphics, short-form videos and captions
• Proficient in photography techniques, including lighting, technical settings, and composition.
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple efforts and complete work within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Proficiency using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and/or other photo editing software.
• Extensive knowledge of DSLR cameras.
• Experience creating media content
• Process improvement for improving overall product/project
