Senior Director, Software Development - Hybrid

Job Overview
Develops vision and strategy in alignment with company-wide strategy and operations or best-in-class new products and software enhancements bringing IQVIA’s/Q2 Solutions' organizational goals to fruition.
Essential Functions
- Provides strategic leadership to multiple directors and managers across the broader software development engineering family, including those in software development, cloud/systems development, DevOps, and QA & testing.
- Oversees and directs the development of corporate-wide plans with direct impact on company revenue, expense, and growth.
- Negotiates with and influences the decision-making of senior internal and external executives and decision-makers.
- Inspires group leaders and directors to build and develop talent to meet long-term business objectives and strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 15 plus years of software development/engineering experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in a Director, Software Dev position.
- Experience in the CRO/Pharma/Laboratory industry.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Experience in central laboratory applications, including but not limited to Laboratory Tracking Management Systems (LTMS) and all related modules.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $169,000.00 - $289,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Apply for this role
