What You'll Be Stirring Up:
As a Line Lead, you’ll be the captain of the condiment crew, making sure our production line runs smooth as sweet molasses and hot as habanero. You'll coach your team, troubleshoot equipment, ensure product quality, and keep things flowing faster than a bottle of BBQ sauce on game day.

Key Ingredients (Job Duties):

• Lead and motivate a production line on 3rd shift
   
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met
   
• Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance when needed
   
• Train new team members and monitor performance
   
• Keep production records and complete shift reports
   

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production leadership role
   
• Strong communication and organizational skills
   
• Hands-on mindset and the ability to make decisions under pressure
   
• Forklift experience a plus
