This advertisement is for a full-time, Career Service position located at Central Office in Tallahassee, FL in Division of Facilities Management and Building Construction.

 

Salary: $39,320.81- $55,000.00 annually

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

 

This position works closely with the Operations & Management Consultant Manager (Land Manager) and Senior Acquisition Review Agent in the management of approximately 90 land leases for the Department’s correctional institutions.

 

Duties of the position include:

• Preparation of land use plans
• Compiles data and makes updates to the FL-SOLARIS -Real Property Inventory database.
• Reviews and reconciles the Department's facilities data from multiple sources.
• Creates and maintains complex spreadsheets and reports, research real property records using internal and external sources.
• Completes other special projects as assigned.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; OR a high school diploma or its equivalent and two (2)years professional work experience.
