<h2>Location</h2>
<p>Senior HR Business Partner, Plants – Cargill Animal Nutrition and Health - 22120 Yffiniac (France) - permanent full time position - Monday-Friday. The role will also support two other sites not far from Yffiniac. The role will require being on the base plant location and/or one of the other plant locations in the scope during the majority of the working time (preference is 4 days per week present on site).Presence on all locations in the scope is expected on a regular basis.</p>
<h2>Job Purpose and Impact</h2>
<p>The Human Resources Plant Business Partner Specialist will execute and deliver complex people processes focused on people and culture strategy, implementation of complex solutions to improve performance and engagement, workforce plans, learning programs and talent activities. In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders, analyze metrics at plant locations and identify sensitive matters.</p>
<h2>Key Accountabilities</h2>
<p>• Partner with key leaders on the execution of complex local people and culture plans.<br/>
• Provide partnership and solutions to improve performance, engagement, recruiting and retention to increase productivity and mitigate people risks while also building an inclusive culture.<br/>
• Deploy workforce plans, learning programs, talent acquisition activities and other talent programs and projects at the location.</p>
<p>• Ensure local compliance from an individual and collective labor relation perspective and manage relationship with local social partners</p>
<p>• Communicate and adopt complex diversity, equity and inclusion policies and practices in plant locations.<br/>
• Leverage complex reports and dashboards to measure and analyze human resources and business performance metrics at plant locations.<br/>
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries received on site and identify themes, triage every day grievance matters, partner with essential teams to investigate serious and sensitive matters and manage on site audits.<br/>
• Serve as location lead to drive local deployment of related activities and partner across the teams to best serve the client.<br/>
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.<br/>

<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<p>Minimum Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Very good written and verbal communications skills in English and French language</li>
<li>Experience in HR in a Manufacturing environment </li>
<li>Minimum of four years of related work experience</li>
<li>Ability to travel to different Cargill Manufacturing Plant Locations (Driving license needed)</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in applying French labor law from a similar role</li>
<li>Able to work in a team and autonomous with an organized approach according with the business priorities for each</li>
<li>Collaborative and good in building trustful relationships within the organization</li>
<li>Passion for creating a positive workplace culture, talent management and ensuring a top-notch employee experience</li>
