We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead international hiring initiatives across diverse geographies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives, cultural values, and talent needs. </span></span><span><span>This senior-level role requires a strategic and hands-on recruiter who thrives in a dynamic, international environment. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, serve as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders, and help deliver a world-class candidate experience while building robust talent pipelines across multiple countries and functions.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for salaried roles across various EMEA countries—intake, sourcing, assessment, selection, offer.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Act as a strategic partner to business and HR leaders by understanding workforce needs and aligning recruitment strategies with broader organizational goals.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Proactively build and nurture diverse talent pipelines across key markets and disciplines, using market intelligence and advanced sourcing techniques.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Champion Goodyear’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in local and regional talent markets, ensuring consistent, compelling candidate messaging.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences, managing communications, feedback loops, and interview logistics with precision and care.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Drive process efficiency and compliance using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining data integrity and adhering to local labor laws and internal audit standards.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Analyze and track recruitment performance metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, agency usage, etc.) to continuously improve outcomes.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Contribute to regional and global talent acquisition projects, including technology upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Collaborate with and mentor junior recruiters, sharing best practices and supporting team growth across the EMEA region.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p align="center"><span><span><strong><span>Principle Duties and Responsibilities</span></strong></span></span></p> <p align="center"><span><span><strong><span>% of Time</span></strong></span></span></p> <p align="center"><span><span><strong><span>Description</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span><span>60%</span></span></p> <p><span><span>Source, pre-screen, interview, offer, and hire talent by successfully executing the end-to-end recruitment process, pipeline development, and engagement of talent</span></span></p> <p><span><span>20%</span></span></p> <p><span><span>Partner with the business, hiring managers, and HR counterparts to understand the hiring needs and expertly manage TA service delivery to all client groups.</span></span></p> <p><span><span>10%</span></span></p> <p><span><span>Provide talent insights and data-driven recommendations to the business based on TA reports and market information.</span></span></p> <p><span><span>10%</span></span></p> <p><span><span>Participate and/or manage projects and other process improvement initiatives intra-/interdepartmentally.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><strong>Experience &amp; Qualifications</strong></span></span></p> <p><span><span><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Bachelor’s degree required.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Minimum 5+ years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in a multinational or matrixed organization.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Demonstrated ability to manage international recruitment across a variety of EMEA markets.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Proven ability to build trust, engage diverse stakeholders, and influence decisions at all levels of the organization.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Fluency in English and French</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Deep understanding of the EMEA talent landscape, cultural nuances, and local hiring regulations.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Passion for connecting top talent to meaningful career opportunities, with a focus on delivering a best-in-class candida
