Senior Pricing Analyst

<p> </p> <p>About the Role:<br/> In a fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement new ways of working around pricing / margin, bringing additional value and making an impact at country and EMEA level.  We are looking for a self-driven person willing to challenge the current status quo and develop improved ways of working.</p> <p><br/> In this role, you will be responsible:</p> <p><br/> <u>Dual responsibility within Pricing:</u></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>As Cross-divisional pricing partner at country level, you will: <ul> <li>Partner with the commercial organization to identify Pricing and Margin opportunities at cross-divisional level and support them in driving their execution. </li> <li>Drive cross-divisional forums ensuring alignment and a consistent approach across regions and customers, leveraging best practices and learnings.</li> <li>Co-develop cross-divisional deals and pricing/capital equipment strategies, performing ad-hoc analysis of different scenarios to optimize profitability. </li> <li>Drive usage and leverage EMEA pricing analytics/tools at country level, contributing to the education and pricing culture</li> <li>Be part of customer negotiations together with the sales organization</li> <li>Define and execute strategies to maximize contract compliance and market share (eg. quarterly business reviews with the key customer stakeholders).<br/>  </li> </ul> </li> <li>As part of the EMEA Pricing Centre of Excellence, you will: <ul> <li>Support the adoption of cross-divisional initiatives at country level</li> <li>Share pricing best practices from and to EMEA</li> <li>Highlight country needs and areas of improvement in ways of working</li> <li>Provide input for the development of new/improved pricing tools and processes at EMEA level. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What are we looking for in you:</p> <ul> <li>Fluency in English as well as in Spanish</li> <li>4+ years of experience in Pricing or Analytical roles</li> <li>Experience in sales is an advantage</li> <li>Highly committed, resilient, self-driven person willing to challenge the current status quo and develop improved ways of working</li> <li>Proven ability to analyze data from different sources and present analysis and recommendations clearly in writing and orally</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills </li> <li>Clear and high communication level with ability to influence and motivate internal and external customers</li> <li>Ability to work in an inter-connected company with high internal collaboration between different functions across different divisions. </li> <li>Experience in the medical devices industry is a plus</li> <li>Expert-level Microsoft Excel is required; Tableau is a plus </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What can we offer to you:</p> <ul> <li>Permanent working contract with attractive benefits, such as: <ul> <li>Private Health and Life Insurance</li> <li>Attractive Pension plan</li> <li>Ticket Restaurants</li> <li>Free snacks and coffee in the office</li> <li>Office gym</li> </ul> </li> <li>Work life balance</li> <li>Hybrid working schedule</li> <li>Working in an international environment</li> <li>Inspirational colleagues &amp; culture</li> </ul> <p> <br/> <u>Location:</u> in our Madrid offices, on a hybrid working schedule.<br/>  <br/>  </p> <p> </p> <p><em>We, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
