Ron Jaworski's Valleybrook Country Club is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead and coordinate all on-site catering operations. From weddings and social events to corporate meetings, you'll ensure every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression on our guests.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee setup, staffing, service, and breakdown for all catered events

• Lead and schedule the catering team

• Work closely with chefs, planners, and clients

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction

• Lock up and reset the facility for the next day

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in event or catering management (hospitality/country club preferred)

• Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills

• Hands-on attitude and passion for guest service

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work weekends/holidays
