Work Schedule: 
This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position.  Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM.  Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Director, Planning and Design to:

  • Develop and manage operational initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Engage staff and other stakeholders in continuous improvement of systems and processes; manage resources for staff participation in improvement work activities.
  • Create and maintain a satisfying workplace that fosters professional growth and job satisfaction for all members of the healthcare team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, Healthcare Administration or related field Required
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, Healthcare Administration or related field Preferred
Work Experience
  • 10 years of progressively responsible facilities design, project management or leadership experience; including oversight of multiple facilities locations Required
  • 15 years of experience, leading large teams Preferred
  • Complex hospital experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
  • Licensed architect in WI and IL Preferred
