About the role

We are seeking bilingual (Spanish/English) licensed mental health professionals to serve as Call Center Coaches supporting a DoD behavioral health program. This role provides telephonic coaching, crisis support, and transition planning to service members and veterans - helping them navigate care with empathy and expertise.

This position is part of a proposal response and is contingent upon contract award, anticipated in October 2025.

WORKSITE: Fully Remote

WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, with flexible availability (some evening/weekend coverage may be required)

PAY RATE: $55.00 -$58.00 per hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Provide telephonic motivational interviewing, coaching, and care transition support

  • Conduct clinical triage and crisis counseling in alignment with protocols

  • Support military-connected individuals navigating mental health services

  • Document clinical interactions and coordinate care with internal teams

  • Maintain professional boundaries and deliver high-quality care remotely

  • Complete training in privacy, HIPAA, and DHA-specific protocols before engagement

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English

  • Master's degree in a mental health field (psychology, social work, counseling, etc.)

  • Active professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent - Required)

  • Experience in triage, motivational interviewing, and crisis counseling (Required)

  • 3+ years of clinical experience in a mental health setting (Preferred)

  • Familiarity with military and veteran mental health concerns (Highly Preferred)

  • Strong verbal communication and remote engagement skills

  • Must pass Tier 1 background investigation (SF-85)

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (citizenship not required)
