As a Customer Success Trainee, your primary role will be:</p> <ul> <li>Working closely with the Head of Customer Success Team to support the lead generation process</li> <li>Assisting the team in the development of materials needed for the proposals.</li> <li>You will assist in coordinating the team to ensure smooth communications.</li> <li>Contribute to the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns to generate interest and demand for our products or services. </li> <li>Support in the coordination of meetings with CEOs and HR managers</li> <li>Assistance in the preparation and implementation of quality trade events to ensure the attendance of C-levels</li> </ul> <h2 id="requisitos">Requisitos</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Proficiency in Spanish and English.
