Overview
We are looking for a Senior Accounting/Finance Manager to perform financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
This role is fully remote, based anywhere in the United States. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide sponsorship to work in the United States.

Overview
We are looking for a Senior Accounting/Finance Manager to perform financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating all accounting operational functions
- Managing the consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results
- Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements
- Providing leadership with information vital to the decision-making process
- Preparing financial statements, key metric reports, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and analyses
- Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes
- Evaluating accounting and internal control systems
- Developing and monitoring business performance metrics
- Assisting in analyzing all facets of the business to ensure the most efficient and financially healthy approach to long term success
- Working with partners to ensure long term health and value of the brand
- Managing all payroll and benefit programs from a financial perspective
- Hire, train, and manage an accounting team as we scale the business
- Uphold the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field required. Master's degree in related field is preferred.
- CPA or CFA certification is required.
- 6+ years of experience in accounting or finance required.
- Experience working in a large financial or accounting organization is preferred
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Skilled at planning, organizing, and controlling complex processes as well as analyzing financial information
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership and management skills
