We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Senior Account Executive for our Senior Care Industry Practice in any one of our Marsh offices in the United States. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution. The Senior Care Team is expanding and looking to hire top talent to support their growing business across the U.S.

We will count on you to:

• Utilize detailed risk expertise to perform critical client functions, including evaluating risks, reviewing loss experience, cash flow, and financials, and developing solutions while articulating the impact of options.
• Monitor the retention of business and generate new business opportunities.
• Help establish the growth and retention strategy for the account team and monitor its implementation.
• Ensure the success of relationships with moderately complex clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
• Serve as a client contact, responding to more complex client needs and questions to enhance the client experience.

What you need to have:

• Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role, preferably within the insurance or risk management industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate risks and financial data effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Property & Casualty Licensed
