Sr Tax Analyst

Your role on the team:

• Responsible for all payroll tax activities, including compliance with multi-state, local and federal regulations.
• Processing and balancing of tax filing transmissions
• Research and resolve tax notices and inquiries for Federal, State and Local agencies.
• Research and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll taxation.
• Review of filing of quarter-end tax filings
• Review of filing of End of Year tax filings
• Audit employee and company level tax data for compliance.
• Provide information to accounting as needed.
• Lead year-end processing of W2’s, W2c’s, amendments and year-end adjustments
• Setting up State and local jurisdictions
• As required and assigned

What you need: (requirements)

Experience

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with payroll systems
• Knowledge of Federal, State and local tax
• Knowledge of Federal and State payroll regulations
