We are seeking a Leadership Development Associate to join our New Orleans team. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to build strong leadership foundations while contributing to strategic initiatives across departments.

The Leadership Development Associate will participate in structured training, collaborate with senior leadership, and support cross-functional projects that drive performance, efficiency, and growth. Responsibilities

• Participate in leadership training programs focused on management, operations, and strategic planning

• Support the execution of business development and brand growth initiatives

• Assist in analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement

• Contribute to internal process improvements and operational efficiency

• Lead small team initiatives and gradually assume supervisory responsibilities
