We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives. 

 

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed,  

Master Scheduler, Senior. This position is in support of the USAEUR Mission Partner the G26 located in Wiesbaden, Germany.  This position is located OCONUS. 

 

Responsibilities: 

• Develops and maintains the resource/capacity-mapped Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for IT projects 

• Coordinates with MP leads and project managers to develop an IMS for each ongoing project 

• Provides project managers support focused on achieving specific and measurable goals tailored to the mission partner requirements 

• Provides mission partners with successful completion of projects that provide full operational capability within the scope of the requirements while carefully optimizing the resources provided and minimizing risks 

• Supports development of project documentation (e.g., project charters, WBSs, schedules, project cost estimates, project plans) 

• Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success 

• Identifies and reports on risks and opportunities for improvement  

• Coordinates with other program schedulers to support resource de-confliction 

• Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments 

• Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments 

• May supervise others  

 

Qualifications: 

Required:  

• Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance with the ability to maintain it 

• BA/BS +8-12 

• Possesses extensive experience in project management and scheduling, particularly in IT environments.  

• Demonstrates mastery of integrated master scheduling techniques and resource capacity planning.  

• Exhibits strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate effectively with project managers, mission partners, and cross-functional teams.  

• Showcases analytical prowess in evaluating project performance, identifying risks, and recommending improvements.  

• Displays technical expertise across multiple project domains and methodologies.
