Product Owner

Experienced resource who can partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to elicit, refine, and prioritize requirements; translate them into well-structured epics and user stories in Jira; actively manage and groom the product backlog; and plan sprint scope in collaboration with Architecture, Technology, and LOB Product teams. Owning deliverables end-to-end, this role will support quality assurance and user acceptance testing, drive release readiness, collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot issues, and ensure solutions meet business objectives while adhering to governance, security, and control standards. Success requires creative problem-solving, strong relationship-building, disciplined execution, and the ability to operate confidently and independently in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
