The Opportunity

TLDR: So many stepping stones!

If you're curious about various roles and want to gain exposure to different operationally rooted career paths, people, and skills, this is your role. While rooted in the Executive Assistant Community, this can be a stepping stone to not only a more permanent role as an EA but also to other operational roles. In short... it’s an opportunity to learn and play an active role in the daily operations of what makes our organization tick.

About the Program

The Early Career Administrative Generalist Program is a two-year experience designed to give emerging professionals broad exposure to administrative, operational, and organizational skill sets. This role provides mentorship, hands-on learning, and access to projects across Grammarly.

Instead of being tied to a single team, you’ll anchor into the Executive Assistant Community, which sits at the heart of our Strategy & Operations team. In this role, you will explore skill tracks — building foundational experience in:

  • Project Management – learn how to scope, plan, and track progress on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Executive & Team Support – sharpen scheduling, coordination, and prioritization skills.
  • Internal Communications – craft concise updates, meeting notes, and announcements.
  • Employee Experience & Events – design memorable team events, off-sites, and cultural moments.
  • Operations & Tools – master productivity platforms such as (but not limited to) Coda, Asana, Salesforce, Confluence, Slack, Workday, Coupa, Figma, Google Workspace. etc.
  • Data & Process Enablement – gain exposure to light analytics, dashboards, and workflow optimization.
  • Relationship Development and Management - build new relationships across the business and with the leadership team to be seen as a trusted partner.

The program is intentionally designed as a launchpad: at the end of two years, participants transition into a full-time role within Grammarly in operations, people, marketing, or another path that aligns with their skills and interests.
