Job Description: 

This Corporate People Movement (CPM) Manager is responsible for providing strategic direction and delivering high-quality and cost-competitive services globally. This position will foster relationships with senior internal stakeholders, and their organizations, by establishing business relationships and working collaboratively with other corporate and country-level teams across HR and with Legal, Total Rewards, Finance, IT and the business units. The ideal candidate is experienced in Human Resources and has a passion for leading innovative solutions.

The CPM Manager is expected to manage the CPM program, which includes service delivery operations for the business units and employees, governance, compliance, process optimization and continuous improvement, standardization, and automation. The CPM Manager will also be responsible for the coaching, mentoring, and leadership of a global organization that owns the delivery of Corporate People Movement actions in partnership with stakeholders. This role is part of the global HR organization, within the HR Global Services (HRGS) group, and reports to the Global Workforce Mobility Director.

Role’s and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the Corporate People Movement program - services delivery strategy and operating model
  • Drive appropriate consistent processes across the globe and coordinate regional efforts towards global process standardization while allowing flexibility locally when required
  • Maximize the effectiveness of technologies and supporting processes to drive continuous improvement and change initiatives in the areas of quality, cost, and user experience
  • Own oversight of all Corporate People Movement services globally to ensure compliance with all corporate and country-specific policies and procedures
  • Coach, mentor, and provide leadership development to team members to optimize operational excellence and create a deeper bench of experienced talent
  • Build partnerships and solicit feedback from internal and external business partners to define and develop successful, scalable processes and practices
  • Manage Corporate People Movement global suppliers, including selection, negotiation, consolidation, and strategic direction
  • Provide audit and oversight to the team's activities and processes, ensuring that pertinent internal and external compliance and government interaction standards are met
  • Implement and leverage technology that best fits our program and needs
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
  • Works effectively across all levels and layers of the organization
  • Works and delivers results in a dynamic, ambiguous, cross-functional, and team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The candidate must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • 9+ years of experience (at Bachelor's level) or 6+ years of experience (at Master's level) managing/leading mobility and/or HR services on a global basis, along with one or more following areas:
    • Experience managing global teams and organizations
    • Experience partnering with the full spectrum of Human Resources
    • Experience developing and implementing global strategic roadmaps
    • Experience managing global vendors and contracts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with experienced interaction with executive level stakeholders
  • Strategic vision on E2E Program Strategy & Management (Including E2E Process Optimization)
  • Strong discipline in Quality & Execution
  • Experienced manager with leading global team(s)
  • Experience leveraging supply chain to extract industry intelligence, benchmarking and value
