Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support:

Leverage your decades of experience to provide remote technical support to customers experiencing issues with hot and cold side kitchen equipment.
Skillfully guide customers through troubleshooting steps over the phone to identify and resolve problems promptly.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to HVACR systems, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.

2. Training and Mentorship:

Share your wealth of knowledge and wisdom with junior technicians, helping them develop their skills and become proficient in HVACR.
Serve as a mentor and role model, offering guidance and practical insights from your extensive career.
Create training materials and resources tailored to the needs of junior technicians.

3. Parts Ordering and Inventory Management:

Apply your experience to manage parts orders for equipment repairs efficiently, ensuring timely procurement and delivery.
Use your organizational skills to maintain accurate records of parts inventory using the CRM system.
Collaborate with the procurement team to replenish inventory as needed.

4. Customer Communication:

Utilize your exceptional communication skills to maintain a professional and helpful demeanor while interacting with customers.
Ensure top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely updates on service requests.

5. Documentation:

Draw upon your attention to detail to document service calls accurately, technical solutions, and training progress.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of manuals, guides, and troubleshooting documentation.

6. Technical Expertise:

Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in HVACR equipment, sharing your insights with the team.
Continue to deepen your own knowledge of hot and cold side kitchen equipment to remain an industry expert.

7. Team Collaboration:

Collaborate seamlessly with other remote technicians and field service teams to resolve complex issues.
Share your extensive insights and feedback to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Retired HVACR technician with a remarkable track record of over 25 years of hands-on experience in hot and cold side kitchen equipment.
Exceptional technical expertise in HVACR systems and a proven track record of successful troubleshooting.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical individuals.
