Director, Product Marketing

Peach Finance is hiring its first Product Marketer to help us better position our products for the market. Through research and analysis, you will help us gain a deeper understanding of our target customers, personas and geographies as well as our competitors. Your deliverables will then help us more effectively position our platform for the market.
In this role you will:Conduct market research and analysisDevelop positioning strategiesDraft positioning and messaging documentationCreate collateral like one-pagers, white papers and case studiesContribute to our website, sales decks and demosHelp define go-to-market strategies for new productsContribute positioning and content to support PR and marketing campaigns

Why this role matters:
Peach has built the most innovative loan management and servicing platform on the market. Yet in an industry full of entrenched legacy solutions, it can be a challenge to persuasively and believably communicate our differentiation. This role will help our Sales/Partnerships and Marketing teams to do justice to the best-in-class platform we’ve already built and continue to refine.

As our first Product Marketing hire, you will have the opportunity to shape this discipline at Peach and potentially grow our Product Marketing function over time.

• Facility with interviews, research and analysis to yield key insights
• Facility with translating insights into strategies, deliverables and positioning that meaningfully shape our GTM strategy
• 7+ years Product Marketing/related experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, including coalition-building and influencing across the organization
• Strong portfolio of Product Marketing work
• Experience in B2B required; experience in a related field strongly preferred
