To thrive as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Carbliss, you'll need a vibrant mix of skills and a dash of enthusiasm! Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must. Your ability to connect with candidates and build rapport will set the tone for their experience with us. Attention to detail is key as you navigate various systems and applications; being technologically adept will help you soar through the day-to-day tasks. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft/Office 365 products like Teams and Excel will keep you organized and efficient. You should also have a solid understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the success of your efforts.

Additionally, a knowledge of Title VII and relevant employment laws will ensure we stay compliant while having fun! Bring your willingness to grow and adapt, and you'll be an invaluable part of our Carbliss family!
