Onsite are roles that have specific onsite requirements and are typically onsite daily.

Hybrid fixed are roles that are a blend of onsite work/in-person interactions with some ability to work remotely and require employees to live within a commutable distance and be onsite fixed days each week.

Hybrid flexible are roles that can be performed remotely but require some level of onsite work/in-person interactions on a regular basis, require employees to live within a commutable distance and, since business needs vary by position and may change over time, managers will set expectations and flexibility regarding where and when work is performed.

Fully remote are roles that can be performed remotely, require employees to live in approved states and will have purpose-driven in-person interactions on occasion.

Job Summary

This position will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of high impact learning and development programs and initiatives that support long term leadership growth and employee development, build capabilities that drive organizational performance and align with business strategy.

 

 

Job Responsibilities

This position is the internal learning and organizational development consultant for the organization. As an internal consultant and member of the Talent, Learning and Organizational Development team, this position is responsible for assessing leadership and organizational capabilities and developing and delivering solutions to close these gaps.  This position will serve as a learning consultant to employees at all levels of the organization up to the senior executive team.  This position:

  • Designs, develops and executes high-impact leadership development training programs, workshops and curriculum tailored to the development needs of the individuals and organization
  • Analyzes performance needs and gaps serving as a consultant to the business leader on solutions to improve individual, team, and organizational performance
  • Researches and designs programs with focus on future skills and ensures training products and methods are in accordance with adult learning principles, industry best practices, and trends
  • Provides training design and delivery support for internal coaching and mentoring programs, new hire onboarding, performance management, and talent and organizational development
  • Incorporates various learning formats including remote learning, blended classroom, interactive e-learning, videos, webinar, simulations and resource materials to be used across the organization
  • Develops programs, tools, and processes in support of the overall Talent, Learning, and Organizational Development Strategy. Projects may include the focused leadership development initiatives; evaluation and selection of external partners; the development of career initiatives; the building of peer-coaching and mentoring networks and more
  • Develops and implements evaluation tools to measure learning and program effectiveness, engagement and return on investment
  • Promotes a learning culture by embedding continuous improvement practices across learning and development initiatives
  • Manages electronic learning management systems by granting access to learners and administrators, uploading and maintaining course materials, administering course registr
