Project Engineer I

AtkinsRealis USA Inc. seeks a Project Engineer I in Tampa, FL.
 

Job Description:

Observes construction work and prepares change orders as needed. Researches and interprets contract requirements to determine whether construction work is performed in substantial compliance with plans, specifications and special provisions. Advises internal project manager and/or owner of any failures or delays. Reviews pay requests for ultimate payment by client. Makes substantial completion and final completion statements. Reviews shop drawings within area of expertise for conformance with design concept. Performs other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary. May be assigned to unanticipated work locations throughout the United States. Remote working or telecommuting permitted in all U.S. States, in accordance with company policy. Relocation to an area within a reasonable commuting distance of the job opportunity required.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field. 

Experience: One (1) year of experience in job offered or in a related occupation.

Education or experience in:

Academic training or work experience in the following:

1. AutoCAD

2. MS project management

3. Construction Materials and Processes

4. Quality Control / Field Inspection

5. Cost Analysis & Workflow Optimization

6. Primavera P6

7. Bluebeam

8. Project Scheduling & Planning

Pay range is at least $84,240.00/year. Full time.
