About the team

 

Welcome to FX Sales NO. We are a sales team of 9 highly skilled and strongly motivated colleagues who add value by making it possible for customers to manage their foreign currency exposures and liquidity. We assist with relevant FX instruments, top quality advice, digital solutions and seamless execution.

 

The team is located at the heart of the Nordea Markets trading floor in Essendrops gate 7, where you will work in a dynamic environment together with some of the most dedicated people in the industry.

 

You will be part of a high-performing team playing a valuable role in growing the business by nurturing close relationships to our corporate and institutional customers and stakeholders.

 

What you’ll be doing:

• Maintain and build strong relationships with customers
• Analyse customer needs, prepare presentations and propose solutions
• Foster and be proactive in the future of technological development in FX space, including our top of the range FX Automation solutions
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Trading, Research and Coverage units

 

Who you are

• Capable of identifying and understanding customers challenges and bridge these with our broad line of solutions

• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

 

Your background and skills include:

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Experience with financial risk management, and/or corporate or institutional customer interactions and sales
• Understanding of financial markets and macroeconomics is a plus
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Fluency in Norwegian and English
