Implementation Project Manager

We are super excited to announce that Malin Jakobsson, Bert Blommestein and Graziella Guglielmo are looking to welcome their next colleague to Voyados Expert Services team, working with our product Engage.

About the role

As a Project Manager at Voyado, you'll play a key role in one of the most critical phases for our customers - the onboarding process. Leading the onboarding journey, you'll be supported by a team of talented specialists dedicated to crafting the best possible experience for our customers.

You'll be part of our dynamic, cross-functional Expert Services team, working alongside around 30 colleagues where innovation meets high performance. While we enjoy spending time together at the office, we're equally excited by the opportunity to meet our customers face-to-face, gaining insights into their challenges and aspirations for a more effective CRM strategy. We engage with them through meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including Voyado Academy.

Customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do, and we're passionate about building lasting, professional relationships. In this role, you'll work closely with leading retailers across the Nordics and contribute to our growing success as we expand into Europe.

Some of the things you'll be up to:

• Manage onboarding projects: Plan and run onboarding projects, including timelines, tasks, and budgets.
• Lead discovery workshops: Host workshops to understand customer needs and estimate projects, including timelines and budgets.
• Drive internal projects: Lead projects within Services and across the organization to improve processes and efficiency, mostly related to technical functionalities.
• Participate in technical discussions: Contribute to internal and external discussions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with different roles: Work closely with Implementation Engineers, Sales, Product, Customer Success, Account Management and Support teams to align efforts and achieve goals.
• Support pre-sales and sales dialogues: Provide expertise in sales discussions to plan realistic projects and meet customer needs.
  

So, who are you?

You are a confident communicator with a background in leading projects in tech driven environments, maybe from working in SaaS, consultancy, or within digital implementation. You know how to turn customer needs into clear, actionable plans and guide stakeholders through delivery with structure, energy, and clarity.You have likely worked with technical teams or in implementation projects and you are familiar with concepts like APIs, data flows, and integrations. You know how to ask the right questions, spot potential challenges early, and connect the dots between business needs and technical solutions.Your strength lies in building trust, delivering results, and bringing a positive, solution focused energy to every project. You are solution oriented, curious by nature, and always looking for smarter ways to get things done together with your team and your clients.

Skills & Background

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  
• 3+ years of experience in technical project management or a related field
  
• Familiarity with systems and basic knowledge of SaaS
  
• Proficient in PowerPoint
  
• Excellent planning and prioritization abilities
  
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
  
• Experience in retail and e-commerce is a plus
