• Estimated annual base pay:  $89,520(minimum) - $111,900(midpoint) - $134,280(maximum)

Are you ready to make a real impact? We’re seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Quality & Corrective Action Project Manager to lead our organization’s corrective action process. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll ensure quality compliance, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical issues. We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional with strong technical expertise in mechanical systems and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering and quality principles. Additionally, experience with electrical systems and software development will be considered a valuable asset for this role.

What You Will Be Doing

 Corrective Action Coordination:

• Coordinate and lead the organization's corrective action committee/board, ensuring timely identification, documentation, and resolution of nonconformities.
• Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, and Fault Tree Analysis to identify the underlying cause of issues.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans to address identified issues and prevent recurrence.
• Monitor progress, verify effectiveness, and maintain detailed records of all corrective actions and ensure timely communication to leadership.
• Train and coach teams on corrective action processes to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Project Management:

• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve quality and operational issues, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create and manage project schedules and resources to meet objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on the status of corrective actions and improvement projects.
• Acts as mentor and SME to one or more global Quality team corrective action committees/boards.

Legal and Compliance Interaction:

• Service Bulletin creation.
• Interface with legal and compliance to address quality concerns and ensure corrective actions meet their expectations.
• May support, complete, and/or review audits with 3rd party compliance agencies.

What We Are Looking For 

• US – bachelor’s degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS) preferably in Engineering required.
