JOB TITLE: Sr. Salesforce Solution Architect, Service Cloud Developer

JOB LOCATION: Remote, USA (with occasional travel on-site to San Carlos, CA or Austin, TX)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sr. Salesforce Solution Architect, Service Cloud Developer is responsible for collaborating with our business stakeholders to develop a scalable Salesforce architecture, vision and strategy that enables best-in-class business outcomes. This role collaborates with the Product team to prioritize backlog and is responsible for ensuring the solution design and system deliverables meet the defined acceptance criteria.

Reporting into Dir, CRM systems, our Solution Architect would be translating client requirements into the architecture for key client needs.  Solution architect would understand the scope of the project and validates the correct resources for the project, maps business functional requirements to system/technical requirements, and ensures alignment of planning and solutions with Stakeholders goals. Someone who can roll up the sleeves and act as an individual contributor/ Sr. Developer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ years’ of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem as a Solution Architect
  • Required Skills/Experience
  • BTech/BE (Computer Science/Information Technology)/MBA. Hands-on experience on business process mapping. 
  • Understanding of overall SFDC architecture & landscape. Good understanding of Salesforce configurations.  
  • Business requirement gathering, client interaction, analyzing the business requirement, mapping them to Salesforce product testing and features. 
  • App Exchange Product Knowledge. 
  • Requirements to SFDC Functionality and develop scope, effort estimates, resource plans, and implementation timelines. 
  • Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities and Salesforce ecosystem. Extensive experience in CTI, Service Cloud features Knowledge Management, Live Agent, Entitlements.
  • Extensive hands-on experience on Service cloud, Omnichannel, Open CTI Salesforce methods is a must-have.
  • Significant experience with Salesforce suite of products, especially Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and/or Community Cloud
  • Cross training peers and mentoring teammates
  • 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience (Service Cloud, General Configuration, etc
  • 4+ years of Salesforce development experience (APEX, Visualforce, Portals / Communities) Deep understanding with technical capabilities of Visual Force, APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and APEX Web services
  • Experience in designing and building cloud apps
  • Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Consultant, Developer and Architect)
  • Primary Skills : Lightning/Aura, Integration Concepts, LWC
  • Secondary Skills: Apex, JavaScript

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience (Service Cloud, General Configuration, etc.
  • 4+ years of Salesforce development experience (APEX, Visualforce, Portals / Communities)
  • Deep understanding with technical capabilities of Visual Force, APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and APEX Web services Experience in designing and building cloud apps

  • Secondary Skills: Apex, JavaScript  
  • Must Have Skills:  Salesforce Service Cloud architecture Omni Channel implementation (End to end) Open CTI methods

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.Remote USA$111,600—$139,500 USD
