Key Responsibilities/Duties:

• Greet and assist patients and parents with check-in/check-out
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule
• Verify insurance and handle billing inquiries
• Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Provide exceptional support to our clinical team and families
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a dental or medical front office (pediatric experience a plus!)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A friendly, compassionate attitude and professional appearance
• Comfort with dental software systems and general office tech
• A team player who brings positive energy to every interaction
