Senior DevOps Engineer

You will help design, build and evolve the internal platform that powers our cloud-native applications and services.</p><p>This role focuses on enabling product teams through standardized, scalable infrastructure and continuous delivery patterns rooted in Gitops and Kubernetes-first principles. </p><p></p> <p><strong><br/></strong><strong>What you will be doing to make a difference:</strong></p><ul> <li><strong>Platform Engineering:</strong> contribute to the design and maintenance of internal developer platform capabilities using tools like Crossplane, Kubernetes and Terraform.</li> <li><strong>Infrastructure</strong> <strong>as Code: </strong>implement reusable, composable infrastructure modules that support scalable, multi-environment provisioning.</li> <li><strong>GitOps</strong> <strong>Enablement:</strong> support and evolve our GitOps SDLC using Flux, Kustomize, and GitHub Actions, ensuring consistency across tenants and environments.</li> <li><strong>Crossplane</strong><strong> Automation: </strong>author and maintain compositions and XRDs for provisioning infrastructure and platform services declaratively.</li> <li><strong>Developer Enablement:</strong> build and maintain self-service patterns and automation for environment and tenant bootstrapping.</li> <li><strong>CI/CD</strong> <strong>Standardization: </strong>improve and extend continuous delivery pipelines aligned with internal platform conventions.</li> <li><strong>Test Management &amp; Automation</strong>: design and implement comprehensive test management processes and tooling, including automated testing frameworks, test environment provisioning, and quality gates integration within CI/CD pipelines.</li> <li><strong>Testing Platform Rollout</strong>: drive organizational adoption of standardized testing practices and tooling across product teams, providing training, documentation, and support for seamless integration.</li> <li><strong>Observability &amp; Operations</strong>: contribute to standard patterns for logging, monitoring, metrics collection, and incident response.</li> <li><strong>Collaboration: </strong>partner with product teams, security, and cloud architects to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and compliance.</li> </ul><p><strong><br/></strong><strong>What you need to succeed:</strong><br/></p><ul> <li>5+ years in DevOps, SRE or Platform roles with production-grade Kubernetes experience.</li> <li>Proficient in Terraform, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Helm, and GitOps tooling.</li> <li>Experience managing cloud infrastructure declaratively, especially with Crossplane or similar tools.</li> <li>Deep understanding of GitOps workflows, including environment and tenant separation.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of Azure infrastructure (e.g., AKS, Key Vault, PostgreSQL, Redis).</li> <li>Experience building internal platforms and self-service capabilities for engineering teams.</li> <li><strong>Proven</strong> <strong>experience</strong> <strong>designing</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>implementing</strong> <strong>test</strong> <strong>automation frameworks</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>test management</strong> <strong>processes</strong> <strong>across</strong> <strong>organizations.</strong></li> <li><strong>Hands-on</strong> <strong>experience</strong> <strong>with</strong> <strong>testing</strong> <strong>tools</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>frameworks</strong> <strong>(e.g.,</strong> <strong>Jest,</strong> <strong>Pytest,</strong> <strong>Selenium, Cypress, </strong><strong>or similar) and their integration into CI/CD pipelines.</strong></li> </ul><p>Preferred qualifications: </p><ul> <li>Familiarity with multi-tenant architectures and platform-as-a-product thinking.</li> <li>Experience implementing platform templates and bootstrapping automation.</li> <li>Knowledge of platform governance, policy-as-code and security best practices.</li> <li>Proficiency with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).</li> <li>Comfortable mentoring engineers and driving engineering best practices across teams.</li> <li><strong>Experience with test orchestration platforms, test data management, and quality metrics reporting.</strong></li> <li><strong></strong><strong>Track</strong> <strong>record</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>successfully</strong><strong> rolling out testing standards and practices across multiple development teams.</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong><br/></strong><strong>How do we work:</strong></p><ul> <li>We follow a GitOps-first and Infrastructure-as-C
