A career in our Financial Systems & Data Management Team, focused on our Oracle Cloud Financials Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) solutions, will provide the opportunity to work alongside CFOs, controllers and business leaders to drive value throughout the organization. Our team helps our global finance organization reduce costs and cycle times while providing business insights through the implementation of leading practices and Oracle’s modern cloud Financial EPP applications. Creating a well-controlled platform for growth and increased regulatory requirements through the implementation of leading practices and Oracle’s ERP Cloud Financials applications.
The role will work 5 days (onsite) in San Antonio, TX or the New York, NY office.
Essential Duties & Accountabilities
The roles and responsibilities of the desired candidate are to provide highly complex functional and technical services to our finance & business stakeholders, as well as play a pivotal role in requirements definition, design, implementation and support of our Oracle’s ERP Cloud Financials applications, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This includes:
- Strategic Implementation of Oracle Financials Cloud ERP (Accounting Hub, GL, Procurement, AP, FA, CM) solutions
- Business Rule / Calculation Design & Development
- Data Management & Integration, and Reconciliation
- Reporting and Analytics using embedded AI or Generative AI primarily in OIC or FDI
- Experience in Automation in EPM, OIC, Groovy Rules or similar
- Master Data Management
- Must have experience in Management information for Financial Systems
- Document system/data requirements, design, and processes
- Configure application components, including databases, rules, calc scripts, reports, security and process management modules
- Integrate Oracle AI into business workshops, enabling real time insights and decision support
- Experience working for Finance and accounting teams, supporting integration and monthly close processes
- Manage ERP interfacing activities, including testing and data reconciliation
- Support deployment of Oracle ERP applications and related changes
- Partner with our consulting firm to implement the Oracle ERP solutions and future state processes
- Providing expertise and input regarding ERP processes to finance and business stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities –
Demonstrates strong abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader, leading practices in the following areas:
- Project Management
- Procure to Payment Processes
- Record to Report General Ledger & Subledger Processes
- Tax Provisioning, Premium Tax, & Reporting
- Supporting Financial Close and Consolidation processes, SEC and Statutory Reporting
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, information technology, or management information systems
- Preferred experience based on requirements that are job-related and consistent with business necessity
- Must have experience leading a large-scale transformation project and supporting month end close and forecasting at complex enterprise
- 5+ years in leadership role over support teams in Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years Development experience in OIC/FDI or other Oracle Development tools
The base salary range provided below is for hires in those geographic areas only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.
New York City Pay Range:$157,900—$189,500 USDPLEA
