As a result our people get to enjoy working on some of the most exciting projects in the world.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are seeking a highly experienced <strong>Senior Project Manager</strong> with a strong background in <strong>heavy civil engineering</strong>, specializing in <strong>drainage systems, stormwater management, and water infrastructure projects</strong>. This role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex infrastructure projects from conception through completion, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client expectations.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Lead the planning, design, and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects, with a focus on drainage and water systems.</p><ul><li>Oversee project lifecycle including feasibility studies, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, procurement, and construction.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.</li><li>Manage project risks, quality assurance, and change control processes.</li><li>Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and project updates to stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations.</li><li>Mentor junior engineers and project staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a project management role.</li><li>Proven expertise in drainage design, stormwater management, and water infrastructure..</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>PMP certification is a plus.</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What we offer you:</strong></p><ul><li>Full time, permanent</li><li>Competitive remuneration and attractive range of benefits</li><li>Pension</li><li>23 days Annual leave, 2 Company days &amp; 1 volunteering day </li><li>Opportunity to work on impactful and innovative projects</li><li>Career development opportunities both in Ireland and globally</li><li>Opportunity to work with a diverse group of talented and collaborative colleagues</li></ul><p>Our people share our Purpose and Values.
