<p><img style="max-width: 100%;" src="https://3339696.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/3339696/greenhouse_hero.jpg" alt="" width="900"></p> <h3> </h3> <h3 id="THE-OPPORTUNITY" data-local-id="b4d851310cbb" data-renderer-start-pos="38">THE OPPORTUNITY</h3> <p data-renderer-start-pos="55" data-local-id="a183cfcca381"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Are you ready to own the full revenue picture at NavVis, redefine how AI shapes the way we grow and drives excellence in revenue operations?</strong></p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="197" data-local-id="678bb11c2630">We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager who has deep expertise in B2B go-to-market operations, a passion for translating data into strategic decisions and a forward-looking mindset on how AI is transforming the way revenue organizations operate.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="452" data-local-id="f53f15abc369">You will be the connective tissue across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Operations building the reporting infrastructure, forecasting models and cross-functional visibility that leadership needs to manage and grow NavVis's recurring revenue base with confidence. But beyond building the infrastructure of today, you will be the person who actively shapes what tomorrow looks like: identifying where AI-driven solutions can replace manual effort, improve the quality of revenue signals and make our go-to-market engine smarter and faster.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1008" data-local-id="6962eab81252">You will work together with our existing Sales Operations experts, while forging a strong operational bridge to Finance and Operations.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1145" data-local-id="39501aa119b2"> </p> <h3 id="HOW-YOU-WILL-MAKE-AN-IMPACT" data-local-id="f2f3616444cc" data-renderer-start-pos="1148">HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</h3> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1179" data-local-id="2fbb79f61d56">Own end-to-end revenue forecasting, building and maintaining models that give leadership a reliable forward-looking view of ARR development, net revenue retention (NRR) and gross revenue retention (GRR) across EMEA and the US. </li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1410" data-local-id="6b1b6249ce4f">Design and deliver full-funnel revenue performance reporting, from upper-funnel marketing KPIs (leads, MQLs, campaign contribution to revenue) through to recognized revenue, renewals and customer exp
