This job manages individual projects for iO products and assumes responsibility for new development and existing production support; manages day-to-day individual and team dynamics, work prioritization, fiscal stewardship, and management of all aspects of a project life cycle; provides mentoring and coaching associated with performance development and project management; and makes decisions that influence the project on a large scale.

Education

Required - High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or related field

Work Experience

Required - Seven years of related healthcare or project and team management experience including two years in a supervisory/management capacity

  • Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  • Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard.

  • Strong partnering, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong budget and schedule management skills ensuring the business community is engaged in the project.

  • Experience leading large, complex system integration efforts or large software application projects.
