Celestar Corporation is seeking a Deputy Project Manager/Analyst to support United States Special Operations Command CENTRAL (USSOCCENT), primarily located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities:
· Assist the Project Manager as needed to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.
· In addition, conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security
issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
· Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
Required qualifications/skills:
· Minimum of a master’s degree
· Minimum of 12 or more years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level
· At least five (5) years working for or with SOCCENT SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA
· At least three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations
· At least three (3) years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products)
· Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all- source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
· Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools
· Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher
· Security Clearance: Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
