The Role

As we continue to grow as QuidelOrtho, we are seeking a Lead HRIS to support our Global Human Resources team. The HRIS Lead plays a critical role in driving the success of our Company’s utilization of Workday.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and enhancing an intricate configuration of multiple Workday modules over many countries, globally. Payroll, Compensation, Benefits and Time Tracking skills especially welcome! if you enjoy analyzing existing practices, collaborating with others to streamline and automate processes, and bringing creative solutions to life, this is the job for you!
