Sales & Maintenance Specialist

More Driven.</p> <h1>Location: Rijnmond</h1> <p>Languages: Dutch and English</p> <h1>Primary purpose of the role:</h1> <ul> <li>Concentrates all efforts both Sales on OTR customers for his area . Develop and maintain a close technical / engineering relationship with key OTR end-users.</li> <li>Concentrates all efforts both Sales and Technical on critical OTR customers in the region to enable Goodyear to become a leading supplier.</li> <li>Maintenance Specialist for our mileage contracts. Task is to check the tires of the machines &amp; report this in our systems. Besides that you are responsible for the working stock level and give our customers technical advice.</li> </ul> <h1>Principle Duties and Responsibilities</h1> <ul> <li>Responsible for all OTR sales in terms of profit and volume of the area assigned. Perform various field activities: <ul> <li> Follow the performance of GY as well as competitor tires.</li> <li> Upload end-users profile details and performance data on Goodyear OTR management system (EMtrackIII)</li> <li> Analyze tires performance issues, and inspect claim tires</li> </ul> </li> <li>Establish and control performance guarantees by becoming the main customer contact on tire technical matters &amp; Proactive Solutions.</li> <li>Maintenance all machines of our mileage contracts at the different end users. Maintenance is pressure and non skid check, give technical advice and report all measurements.</li> </ul> <h1>Experience &amp; Training:</h1> <ul> <li>Engineering Diploma in mechanical or automotive engineering or another related field would be preferred.</li> <li>3 to 5 years work experience in commercial field. Experience in tires and assigned area is an advantage.</li> <li>Experience working with product service/warranties.</li> <li>Self-motivated and analytical.</li> <li>Customer service oriented.</li> <li>Team Player and open for working independently.</li> <li>Ability to interact professionally with a variety of personalities.</li> <li>Ability to identify problems and find solutions.</li> <li>Competent in use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.</li> <li>Communications skills.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Organizational skills with ability to assess, priorities and handle many tasks simultaneously.</li> <li>Excellent time management skills.</li> </ul> <p>Goodyear is one of the world’s largest tyre companies.
