Job Description

As a Middleware Senior Developer your mission will be to lead the Tibco BW 5.x and CE developer team.

We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts:

-         Technical Leader.

-         Middleware architecture knowledge.

-         Tibco Suite knowledge.

-         Analysis and resolution of incidents.

Qualifications

Required qualifications (+5 years):

-         Tibco Business Works 5.x and CE.

-         Knowledge of messaging protocols (JMS, MQ, REST,..).

-         Knowledge of message formats (XML, JSON, FIX,….).

-         DevOps (nice to have): Jenkins, Git, CloudBees, GitHub.

-         Agile Methodology: Kanban, Scrum, Jira, Confluence.

Soft Skills:

-         High level of proactivity and anticipation.

-         Orientation to results.

-         Used to work under pressure.

-         High analytical capacity.

Languages:

-         English high level

-         Spanish (nice to have)
