Summary
Supports ERP or Corporate Applications through system configuration, testing, and reporting. Works closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions. Participates in the full development lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in system operations.

This role will function as a core Workday Supply Chain analyst, supporting day-to-day production needs, configuration updates, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting procurement, inventory, and supplier-related processes, assisting with issue resolution and root-cause analysis, testing system changes, and partnering with clinical, supply chain, and finance stakeholders. The analyst will help ensure smooth system operations, support reporting and data needs, and contribute to incremental enhancements in a complex, healthcare-focused environment.

Job Duties

  • Configure ERP systems or corporate applications based on business requirements to support technical solutions for issues/processes and how they can/should be integrated with other business and technical systems/processes.
  • Develop and execute test plans for upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. Assist in disaster recovery planning and upgrade support.
  • Analyze data and create reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements.
  • Develops, plans and executes thorough and complete test scenarios and plans.
  • Collaborate with functional teams and provide technical guidance on processes.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain business processes
  • Experience supporting production issues, enhancements, and testing activities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and functional teams

Required Experience

  • Hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, and supporting Workday Supply Chain functions including:
    • Procurement
    • Inventory Management
    • Suppliers and Supplier Accounts
    • Requisitions and Purchase Orders
    • Receipts and Returns
    • Catalog Management
    • Sourcing
    • Custom Validations
  • Experience managing Workday production support activities, incident resolution, defect analysis, and root cause investigations.
  • Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security framework, domains, and roles.
  • Experience supporting Workday releases, feature adoption, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Hands-on experience creating and maintaining:
    • Custom Reports
    • Calculated Fields
    • Workday Notifications
    • Business Process Configurations
  • Experience working with Workday integrations including EIB, Core Connectors, and third-party procurement systems.
  • Experience with ticket management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Sciences and Technology, Information Management, or fields related to the system functions supported or
  • High School Diploma/GED and 7 years preferred work experience.
  • 4 years Progressive experience in Information Management or Information Technology or
  • 4 years Combination experience of Information Technology, Enterprise Resource Planning
