Healthcare Operations Director

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for an Associate Director to lead our Rutland, Vermont Home Health office. This role requires an experienced leader who understands how to maintain the highest levels of client care and customer service, while managing all aspects of business operations. Prior Home Health or healthcare management experience required. Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation strongly preferred. This office provides best in class care through Medicare Certified Home Health to adult and geriatric clients in Addison, Bennington, and Rutland Counties.

As a Home Health Associate Director your day may look like this!

• Responsible for the management and operations of the office, including business development, budgeting, planning, recruiting and fiscal management.
• Monitor the quality and appropriateness of all services provided by your staff to ensure compliance and client satisfaction while ensuring adequate staff education, training and evaluation.
• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Demonstrate the ability to build relationships with employees, referral sources, and community resources while growing this Medicare Certified Home Health Office.

• 3+ years management experience in a healthcare setting 
• Experience building, leading, coaching and mentoring teams
• Knowledge of Medicare COPs for Home Care, strongly preferred
• Demonstrate record of goal achievement and successfully taking on increased responsibility with positive results
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
• Comfortable adapting and adjusting to change
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
• Proven track record of developing successors.
• Has ensured the provision of quality care while continually increasing the number of clients served
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Exhibits good judgment and values continued learning
