We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at the Estancia Del Norte Hotel in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping and supervisory roles, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are met

- Assign and inspect cleaning duties to ensure all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order supplies as needed

- Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in housekeeping and supervisory roles

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
