Job Description

You are currently an eager, versatile analyst, or senior analyst, looking to level up, increase your knowledge and impact in the rewards space, and join a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization. Reporting to our Head of Global Total Rewards, our Global Executive Compensation Manager will lead the day-to-day administration of our partners’ and most senior executives’ compensation while engaging in driving aspects of our global compensation strategy. You will be a member of the People Team and work closely with multiple cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, payroll, and our business partners. This role is a critical part of our People and Total Rewards team, with significant visibility to all levels across the organization and the opportunity to excel in a dynamic work environment. It is an energizing role with fantastic growth potential and a chance to impact our business’s success and executive leadership experience directly.

As a People Team, we are responsible for fostering a great workplace and culture that empowers everyone to do their best work – including our partners and senior executives. You will work closely with different teams and partner on various business initiatives with a particular focus on collaboration with our global compensation and benefits team to ensure best practices and employee engagement as Vialto Partners continues its rapid growth. Partner with the Head of Global Total Rewards as a consultant, advisor, and subject matter expert with our Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, and multiple cross-functional teams enabling them to deliver our Global Total Rewards principles and employee value proposition.

                                             This is a remote role

  • Lead all aspects from strategy to administrative activities of our partner and executive leadership total rewards, including some elements of equity administration. 
  • Responsible for planning and execution of partner compensation in partnership with other stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Head of Total Rewards as a consultant, advisor, and subject matter expert with our Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, and C-Suite enabling them to deliver our Total Rewards principles and employee value proposition.
  • Primary contact for our partners and executive leadership to provide accurate, timely information to our leadership and key business stakeholders (i.e., Tax, Payroll, Accounting, People Team) and support compliance diligence. 
  • Drive our partners' and executive leadership's year-end compensation process, communications, and reporting. 
  • Enhance and document executive-level procedures, policies, and controls. 
  • Develop analytical modeling templates for various compensation & benefits projects
  • Maintain and protect confidential data with great discretion
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Certified designations CCP, SPHR, CEP preferred
  • 6-8+ years of increasing accountability in the areas of compensation, and executive compensation, with experience or desire to learn equity plan administration
  • Demonstrated success in compensation design, analyses, education, and socialization of rewards programs in a high-growth, go-to-market, global organization
  • Passion and inspired by data storytelling with strong analytics expertise with high proficiency in Excel and Google environment; Tableau is a plus
  • Project planning and execution for cross-functional initiatives
  • Quick learner and an independent, proactive working style and curious - able to work with limited direction
  • Ability to be successful in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment in which decisions are made collaboratively and within a high-performing, engaging team
  • Ability to demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentiality
  • Required to be fluent in English with excellent, client-focused presentation, written and spoken communication
